I recently went to "an event".  My daughter and I were one of the first 100 people there and the event had started less than 15 minutes before our arrival.  The event organizers were NOT ready.  YEOWZA / WOWZA and other far-out phrases.  This page will be used for links to some of the following event planning issues.

This event could have been even bigger and better ... next time they will be better prepared as their event had great opportunity and they should do well.

Things to consider when planning an event.

• Weather
• • Indoor / outdoor
  • Contingency's
• Parking
• • On site / off site (pro's and con's of each)
  • How to get from parking to event
• Vendors
• • How many, where will the vendors set-up, park, upload, when
  • What type - competing or complimenting
  • Does the vendor need electricity

These are just an example of the things you must be aware of when brainstorming and then planning your event.
